The work grows from Alex Mendes’s extensive individual practice in massage and somatic regulation; years of teaching and facilitating groups of therapists, consultants, business students, artists and mixed communities; firsthand experience in high-standard hospitality; and organizational applications, including an Embodied Communication engagement positively evaluated by the client.
